The blades cannot be used for the next few weeks. So neither hockey players nor figure skating club members will be able to train as usual. Alternatives will have to be found.
A new resident club?
Éric Sarliève, CHR coach, told us at the beginning of April that his men would benefit from this new installation in a “fun” way.
But another non-resident infrastructure club could benefit from this equipment. Roller derby players. “The question arises of considering them as residents during this period,” reflects Gilles Goutaudier, in charge of sports facilities at the Agglo.
The Bloodthirsty Dolls could organize discovery sessions during public sessions. “It might give them a boost.” We could mark a third of the track for that. »
Next season, other sporting activities could be born. “Basketball, boxing, wrestling…” slips Gilles Goutaudier.
