This record is distinguished by the presentation of 1,000 mille-feuille available in 100 unique varieties and displayed in five thematic showcases: “ Traditional Moroccan mille-feuilles », « All-chocolate mille-feuille », « Thousand-fruit mille-feuille », « Organic and healthy mille-feuilles » et « Savory mille-feuilles ».
Today’s event was met with great enthusiasm from the public, many of whom came to admire the talent of the pastry chefs who created their creations live. As a sign of solidarity, the mille-feuilles made during the event will be made available free of charge to the Association of the Moroccan League for the Protection of Children.
As part of this exceptional event, the choice ofa mille-feuille established itself naturally, being a pastry widely acclaimed by Moroccans of all generations.
Through this unique assortment available in 100 shades, the LabelVie Group wishes to highlight the creativity and excellence of Moroccan pastry chefs while illustrating the richness of their craftsmanship.
This new record, inscribed under the Moroccan flag, is a source of national pride, testifying to the influence of local know-how.

The operation was carried out with the support of Sofadexa key player in the bakery, pastry and chocolate sector in Morocco. Sofadex supported the project and made its expertise and that of its master pastry chefs available in collaboration with the pastry chefs at the Carrefour Témara hypermarket to develop the recipes for the mille-feuilles presented during the event
The record was authenticated and certified by an official judge who came specially from London. Through this event, Morocco registered a 29th record in its world record.
