President Bassirou Diomaye Faye opened the government seminar this Saturday, April 27. A meeting that looks like a “booster shot” from the Head of State who, through his breaking speech, invites the ministers to focus on the expectations placed on them by the Senegalese populations. But also to work towards an in-depth systemic transformation, which must first begin “with the working method within the Executive as well as in the ranks of government”.
