Since this morning, 5:30 a.m., the Henri IV highway has been congested due to an incident that occurred on the Henri IV highway heading north near Chemin Sainte-Foy.

According to the Sûreté du Québec, a truck suffered a mechanical breakdown causing a large oil spill on the road.

According to our information, the spill came from a telescopic mast of a bucket truck.
