The Saint-Léonard plateau has had a makeover and the city of Friborg invites the population to come and discover the square located between the ice rink and the basketball hall as well as the brand new stadium. Several initiations are planned.

Saturday June 8 will be sporting on the Saint-Léonard plateau. The work on the university stadium having been completed, as well as that on the Place du Fair-Play on the other side of rue de Morat, the city of Friborg invites the population for the official inauguration of the premises. In addition to signings from Gottéron and Olympic players as well as Elfic players, it will be possible to try around thirty different sports. On the menu, among others: football, hockey, figure skating, fencing, floorball. The complete program can be found on the city of Friborg website.
Music and food trucks will be present at the party locations. Wanting to be friendly, family-friendly and focused on the benefits of sport, the city of Friborg announces that the sale of alcohol will not be authorized.
