In a context where cybersecurity is becoming a major issue for companies, the Faculty of Sciences of the Mohammed V University of Rabat and Huawei Morocco announce the launch of a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Systems Security.

This strategic partnership aims to meet the growing needs for IT security and systems engineering specialists, capable of supporting the digital transformation of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The new program, developed in collaboration with Huawei Maroc, is based around the crucial issues of information systems security. It is mainly aimed at young IT graduates wishing to specialize in the design, deployment and management of secure IT systems, we emphasize in a press release.

Training combining theory and practice will enable students to master key areas such as risk analysis, cryptography and IT auditing, while providing them with globally recognized professional certifications from Huawei.

By integrating Huawei certifications, students of this Master will benefit from cutting-edge training, aligned with the requirements of the global market, specifies Huawei Maroc in a press release. The course, for its part, offers a “unique” opportunity for graduates to strengthen their employability in a fast-growing sector.

This Master’s degree, open to holders of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, marks an important step forward for the Moroccan educational ecosystem, affirms the same source. Through this collaboration with Huawei Morocco, the Faculty of Sciences of the Mohammed V University of Rabat intends to promote training of excellence, focused on the future and capable of training the experts who will support the digital transformation of the Kingdom of Morocco.
