As part of the various discussions conducted with elected officials around France ruralités, it appeared necessary to further promote the tools that can support the rehabilitation of old housing, a key issue for revitalizing town centers. In order to raise awareness of the Anah (National Housing Agency) schemes, François Ravier, Prefect of Savoie, and Thierry Repentin, President of the National Housing Agency, invited parliamentarians, mayors and EPCI presidents to a dedicated seminar. On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, nearly 80 elected officials from the territories participated in this meeting.

Elected officials from Savoie who are faced with problems of degraded housing or town centre redevelopment projects are invited to share their situation and their projects with the DDT
departmental territorial directorate in order to identify the solutions that Anah could offer them to make their project a success. Other financing solutions may also be offered to them.
