The Castonetoise cultural season continues with the theater festival “Deuxième Acte, Scène 7”.
This unmissable event in Onet-le-Château will take place from Thursday May 22 to Saturday May 24, at the La Baleine municipal theater. This new edition will be placed under the sign of emotion and love.
– It’s with “Return of Madison” by Éric Assous, performed by the Antrios Company (66), that the festival will begin on Thursday, May 22 at 8:30 p.m. In this marital comedy, you will be able to share the upset evening of Didier and his wife Karine. After watching the film “On the Road to Madison”, their relationship will be called into question, faced with this cinema romance. Between reality and love story, this duo offers a subtle reflection on each person’s romantic expectations…

– Saturday May 24, two pieces will follow one another. At 5 p.m., the human comedy “The bulky ones”will immerse us in the daily life of Simone and Francis, who live on the street, with a cardboard box leaning against the wall of a bakery oven, as their only shelter, until the arrival of Bérénice, a newcomer who shakes up their routine It itches, it stings, it jostles. Then, at 8:30 p.m., you will embark for the small village of Vigoulet in the hilarious comedy by Denis Podalydès “Andrew the Magnificent”performed by the Compagnie La Troupe des mordus (78). The story of a determined mayor, who tries to save the municipal theater by putting on a play with modest means, but colorful characters.
