The first name announced

47Ter (pronounced “47 Terre”) is a French pop/rap group from Bailly, in the Yvelines.
The name of the group refers to the address of the village hall in their neighborhood.
From the start, he knew how to impose his style originalneither quite rap nor completely song, a unique mix of words and melodies with an irresistible pop aroma.

What we know is that this new edition of the Effect. Mer festival will take place on Saturday August 16, at the Mers-les-Bains stadium.
The programming will be more mainstream (general public) than the 2024 edition.

On Saturday August 17, 2024, the 3rd edition of the festival notably welcomed Mosimann. She collected 3,000 people.
