If she had already met some former Miss France on the evening of her election, December 14 at the Arena Futuroscope in Poitiers, Angélique Angarni-Filopon was entitled to the traditional post-coronation lunch with her new family. A meeting which took place on Monday noon in Paris, in the Ladurée salons on the Champs-Elysées.
Miss France 2025 was able to get to know Amandine Petit (Miss France 2021) and Clémence Botino (Miss France 2020) better, whom she had already met on Saturday evening, since they went on stage for the disco scene which launched the election evening on TF1. Diane Leyre (Miss France 2022), her eloquence teacher on the preparatory trip to Ivory Coast last month, was also there. “As soon as the prime started, I felt Angélique’s energy. In the top 15 it was over, I knew it would be her! I had the right instinct,” she confided afterwards on Instagram.

Eve Gilles, Miss France 2024 and therefore predecessor of Angélique Angarni-Filopon, whom she crowned on Saturday evening, was also present. Already, because the new beauty queen is facing strong criticism over her age, Eve Gilles has defended her on her networks with a firm message. Miss Martinique (a first!) and Miss France 2025 can also count on the support of Flora Coquerel, member of the jury, who therefore contributed to her election. “Congratulations, you are magnificent,” she commented on her Instagram account.
