Catherine Salviat celebrates the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris at Espace Bernanos

The member of the Comédie-Française, Catherine Salviat, performs with Fitzgerald Berthon Signea poetic story about Our Lady from fire to rebirth, December 4 and 5 at Espace Bernanos. In this piece Catherine Salviat goes from sparkling lightness to clear seriousness with the same grace, all finesse and precision.

She is a child of Molière who speaks the classical language to perfection. The Comédie-Française is almost her cradle: it was already the home of her father, Robert Manuel, and she saw her first play there at 4 years old. She in turn joined in 1969 for a long and beautiful career of 36 years which she recounted in a book of memories 36 candles (Editions Onésime 2000), and performed last year at the Studio Théâtre de la Comédie Française.
