Le Jardin du Michel returns for a 20e edition on May 29, 30, 31 and 1is June 2025. After a 2024 edition canceled due to disastrous weather conditions, the festival team is working hard to celebrate its twentieth anniversary as it should.
Four days of festival rather than three, “full of extra little surprises, within the festival and outside, in addition to the off”, slipped the assistant director and programmer, Cindy Dodin, and above all, “eclectic artists as always , with international headliners as well as local groups.
“Reguests”
The first eight names are revealed! Friday May 30 promises to be reggae-rap, with Dub Inc, Tiken Jah Fakoly and Jok’Air. The first two were expected in 2024, just like Tagada Jones who will shake the stage in a metal-punk atmosphere on Sunday 1is June.
“We wanted to invite them back and they accepted the invitation,” rejoices Pierre Maffeis, president of the festival. The big surprise of these first names remains the arrival of Polo & Pan, a French electro duo known for their titles Ani Kuni or The Canopy.
Complete programming on 1is FEBRUARY
They will perform on Saturday May 31, alongside Ultra Vomit, an offbeat metal band, and Nova Twins, a punk-rock duo from London. With its nostalgic energy, the Kyo group will be there for one last dance, on Sunday 1is June.
The ticket office is now open, after stocks of blind passes sold out in just two days. If the full program will be announced on the 1stis February, at the JDM Winter Garden, the party already promises to be eventful. With an enthusiasm that “never left,” assures Pierre Maffeis, even in the rain!
