Experience the magic of Christmas with the ballet “Casse-noisette”, revisited by François Mauduit, at the Théâtre des Nouveautés

On November 30 at 8:30 p.m., the Théâtre des Nouveautés programming will continue with the “Nutcracker” by the François Mauduit company. For those who are not yet familiar with this classic, “The Nutcracker” takes place on Christmas Eve. Clara receives a nutcracker from her uncle. During the night, a wonderful fairy tale begins: in the living room, the toys come to life and the nutcracker transforms into a prince. Set to music by Tchaikovsky and dance by Marius Petipa, this great ballet is performed by François Mauduit. Magic, passion and tenderness always meet there, but the choreographer adds his two cents. While keeping intact the original staging and choreography in classical and neoclassical style, it offers a version for a reduced number of dancers and with minimalist decorations. In this, the company offers us a real story a few days before the end of year holidays.
