It is unclear whether Leo traveled to the South Pacific for a personal vacation or whether he was conducting business there for his Leonardo DiCaprio Foundationbut regardless, local residents were very honored to receive it.
That’s why dozens of them gathered in the lobby of a hotel in the town of Nadi, where he was staying, to sing a traditional welcome song as soon as they saw him.
Unfortunately for them, DiCaprio was hardly in the party mood.
Black cap on his head, sunglasses in front of his eyes, cell phone in hand, the Oscar-winning actor crossed the hotel lobby paying absolutely no attention to the group of people singing in his honor and instead hurried to rush into a white vehicle.
In the comments under the TikTok post, several Internet users deplore the lack of courtesy from the 50-year-old man and even claim that he had to pretend to talk on the phone.
