Popular American country singer Zach Bryan was not laughing last weekend in Washington state when he interrupted his concert due to an object thrown on stage by a spectator.
“Who started this? Don’t throw anything during concerts. If you find out who did it, we need to get him out of here,” Zach Bryan told the crowd at the Tacoma Dome, after one of his guitarists was hit by an unidentified object coming from the stands.
After a while of waiting and seeing that no one showed up, the singer finally resumed the concert.
The interpreter of Something in the Orange found himself in hot water earlier this month when his ex-girlfriend, influencer Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia, publicly accused him of emotional abuse towards her. As of this writing, Zach Bryan has yet to officially respond to these allegations. It is impossible to say whether the object thrown on stage is linked to this story.
Praised at the next Billboard Music Awards
On a more positive note, the 28-year-old singer found himself at the top of the nominations for the next Billboard Music Awards gala, which will be held on December 12. With 18 nominations, he is ahead of pop queen Taylor Swift, who is in the running for 16 trophies, as well as country star Morgan Wallen, nominated in 15 categories.
