Gault & : chef of the year, exceptional restaurants, awards… find out who was rewarded by the famous gastronomic guide

The trophies from Gault & , the famous French gastronomic guide, were awarded this Monday, November 18, 2024 in the evening, at the Trianon, in . The chef of the year award was given to Frédéric Anton.

Its three-starred restaurant Pré Catelan has 5 toques in the yellow guide. Parisian chef Frédéric Anton was awarded the Chef of the Year prize by Gault & Millau, this Monday, November 18, 2024 at the Trianon, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, reports notably Le Figaro. He succeeds Yoann Conte.

Frédéric Anton is also the chef of the Jules Verne, at the top of the Eiffel Tower, and of the Don Juan II, a yacht on the Seine. He has just opened a bistro not far from Pré Catelan, la Ferme du Pré.

Among the other winners, Glenn Viel and his restaurant L'Oustau de Baumanière, located in Les Baux-de-Provence, in Bouches-du-Rhône, went to 19/20 and 5 toques, a category which corresponds to “Exceptional Tables “, note The Point.
