This is not the same team as the one that has been returning to Boulevard d’Avroy since the 1990s… and whose last performances took place in January 2020. Eager to reconnect with the circus tradition during the holiday period end of year, the City has however established a new partnership with the organizing company Show Product.
From December 21 to January 5, it is on the Saint-Léonard esplanade that a circus show combining acrobatics, poetry and magic will be offered under a big top. The Liège Christmas Circus has in fact planned, for its first program: equestrian ballet, illusionist, aerial straps, laser show, tightrope walker, clown… from Italy, England, Spain…
After four years without a circus during the holiday season, this return should delight families.
