“I recovered from my emotions. I found my family again, that makes me feel good. Yes, I was eliminated, but I tell myself that I had an exceptional adventure with many special moments. I only remember the positive!“, she confided to the microphone of Ciné Télé Revue before adding: “It's the game! We all know someone has to come out. From the start, I was on the other side choosing who should go between two academicians. But it feels good to come out after five weeks and know that so many people will perhaps want to follow us in our musical projects and listen to us after Star Ac'. It warms the heart. I only want to make music all my life.”
For her, “It was especially the context of the elimination that was difficult. Coming face to face with Masseo was as heartbreaking as having to return to the castle without him. I thank all these people who voted for me, but I also apologize to them for not returning to the castle. I can't wait to return all the love they give me on social media.“
A painful elimination
If Emma accepts her defeat, her departure from Star Academy was still particularly painful.
“Marguerite really touched me. She told me I could call her brothers and family for support and shelter. She told me that I could count on them as if I were part of them. Maureen also told me that she couldn't imagine returning to the castle without me. Masseo couldn't speak because he was so emotional. It was truly the most horrible scenario“, she concluded.
