“She used her handicap”: Michel Fugain gives a huge rant against Mimie Mathy (ZAPTV)

Mimie Mathy began her career alongside Michel Fugain in the Big Bazar. At the microphone of RTL, the singer revealed that at the time, he had made a big rant against the actress whose behavior he could not stand.

Mimie Mathy has come a long way before achieving success on stage and in the credits of the series Joséphine, guardian angel on TF1. The actress made her debut at the end of the 70s in the Big Bazar, Michel Fugain's troupe. Alongside the famous singer and other artists, Michèle Mathy, her real name, learned the ropes of the trade which allowed him to become one of the most popular personalities on the small screen.

This Saturday, November 9 at the microphone of the show We're doing again on RTL, Michel Fugain returned to his relationship with the wife of Benoist Gérard. If he became very friendly with Mimie Mathy over time, the singer did not hesitate to violently reprimand her in the early days. In question? His behavior which he did not appreciate at all and scandalized him.

Michel Fugain, who admitted not to be at all “pedagogue”, revealed that at the time, he couldn't stand that the actress used her small size to draw attention to herself. “Mimie, at one point, used her handicap to find a place within a group of friends, to exist, he revealed. I grabbed her and said, 'Come here, I need to talk to you! You don't have to worry about the fact that you have some kind of disability! You're a big girl, if you don't live like a big girl, you'll always be a little girl. That's not how you become great in this profession!'”.

A big saving grace for Mimie Mathy who must now thank Michel Fugain for his valuable advice. “She stopped immediately and was fine with it. because it should still be noted that Mimie's career is something very exceptional!”, he assured. It is now very far from her disability that the actress is evolving.
