The number of State services and partner operators (public finances, family allowance fund, primary health insurance fund, etc.) is therefore increased to 12. The Moselle department is a pioneer since it is among the 19 experimental departments selected by Urssaf for this prefiguration phase which will be followed by generalization during 2025.
France services bring together the services of the State and public operators in a single location. With more than 2,700 counters spread throughout the country, these places offer a personalized welcome and local support on various subjects such as health,
family, retirement, law, housing, taxes, job search and digital inclusion. In Moselle, 100,000 people were received by these “France services” in 2023; 96% of them say they are satisfied with it.
For this extension to Urssaf, France Services advisors in Moselle were trained by Urssaf Lorraine employees in order to provide a first-level response and guide users in their administrative procedures.
