Lhe Haute Fréquence festival stops in Woincourt on Tuesday November 5, 2024, with a musical evening rich in discoveries. Organized by the community of municipalities of Vimeu, this edition offers two new concerts from 8 p.m., in the Vim’arts performance hall.
The evening will begin with Les Crieurs de Toit, a group of multi-instrumentalists formed in 2020 by Guillaume, Thomas and Vincent. Recognizable by their original stage performances, the members each play an element of the drums with their foot, while singing and playing another instrument. Their music, written in French, mixes dynamism and modernity with varied sounds, from the mandolin to the accordion.
The evening will continue with Golden Parachute, a show that promises to surprise with a combination of “electro music, glitter and piracy”, as they themselves announce. Their eclectic style mixes French song, folk guitar, ragga and a punchy horn section. Their first album, Hell is earthreleased in 2018, humorously recounts the adventures of a pirate crew in search of a better life.
Tickets are available online on the fnac.com website or by telephone on 03 22 30 40 42, with a full price of 11 euros and a reduced price of 5.5 euros.
