“Applause for Vendée, it’s Loïc who represents the Vendée family,” says Cyril Féraudin front of a smiling audience.
Until 1is November, the star host welcomes Vendéens on the set of his game Family duels, broadcast at 4:45 p.m. on France 3. A program created in 2022 in place of Numbers and letters.
Loïc Limousin, a former medico-social professional in La Roche-sur-Yon and originally from La Tranche-sur-Mer, loves these TV shows. The sixty-year-old convinced his wife, his brother from La Roche-sur-Yon and his sister from Le Tablier to follow him. “I registered them without asking them,” confides this “big gaming fan”.
Quick-witted and observant
This week, the Limousin clan is defending the colors of Vendée against a family from Bouches-du-Rhône. The two teams of four candidates will compete on questions of general culture throughout the week, from Monday to Friday.
“You have to be quick-witted and observant to be able to answer the questions on the different themes. » Impossible to know who won at the end of the week. The production, CyrilProd and A Prime Group, takes care to maintain the suspense.
“Behind the scenes”
For Loïc, the most important thing is elsewhere. “I have always dreamed of discovering behind the scenes. » The Vendéen was not disappointed: makeup, hairstyle, decor, cameras, projectors…
In the “anthill” of studio 130 of Plaine Saint-Denis“filming lasted five hours for the five shows broadcast from Monday to Friday. We started at 7 a.m.,” says Loïc. “We finished at 3 p.m. with lunch with around thirty people from the production team. »
“In the spotlight”
The members of the Limousin family, “at first not very keen”, ended up letting themselves be sucked in. “When we are in the spotlight, we are caught up in the atmosphere of the game and we no longer notice the cameras. »
