The Wellness Fair, in , continues until this Sunday evening at the Buxerolles pavilion

The Wellness Fair in , which continues this Sunday, October 13 at the Buxerolles pavilion, has many fans. Some have been there from the beginning.

“I am a healthcare executive. My professional activity is demanding. I like to invest in others, but I would also like to think about myself. I came to see, to look for a method to refocus, to find what best suits my personality,” explains Nadine, who is not on her first visit. She is a regular at the show.

Discover, share

Sandra, on the other hand, has no specific motivation. “I’m here out of curiosity. I observe, I discuss with the participants, I test. I am amazed by the richness of this event. It’s really interesting,” she confides.

Aurélie, a professional nurse, discovered the Show in 2019. Since then, she has not missed a single edition, and attends all the conferences. Receptive, open, she thrives on the explanations provided to her. Strengthened by the advice and words she hears, she considers the idea of reconverting. She has not yet made her decision, but the project is moving forward.Launched 19 years ago at the Jacques-Prévert Center in Aixe-sur-, the Wellness Fair has found its cruising speed. Today, it brings together more than 130 specialists, all from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Sophrologists, reflexologists, sound therapists try to convince visitors. Aware of not providing a medical response, these exhibitors make it their mission to soothe, support, reassure, and gently accompany those who are more or less suffering.

Deep comfort

Coming from Périgueux (Dordogne), Patricia practices socio-hairdressing. “I am an energy hairdresser trained in trichotherapy, in other words I practice energy cutting. This treatment goes through the hair to revitalize vital energy, stimulate growth, detoxify the scalp, and add shine,” she explains. This is accompanied by an Il Soul cranial shiatsu massage to, she explains, “release emotional burdens, rebalance the energy system and offer deep comfort”.

Florent Lafaye, also based in Périgueux, also promises deep comfort. You just have to taste your chocolates to feel zen. A simple method that everyone agrees with.

This Sunday, October 13…
