The horse Saucetrained at Chantilly by André Fabre, record holder of eight victories in the event, is the big favorite of our forecasters for this Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. Sosie belongs to the Wertheimer & Frère stable, also well known for being the owner of the famous fashion house Chanel. “Everything is going perfectly for Sosie. His victories in the Grand Prix de Paris and the Qatar Prix Niel make him the best French three-year-old over this distance,” declared Pierre-Yves Bureau, manager of the team. “He still has to prove that he is simply the best!”

The horse will be ridden by Maxime Guyon, triple Cravache d’Or, who dreams of winning his first Arc. A long-awaited victory could be within reach this year.
