Michaël Youn marks his return to cinemas with It’s the world upside downa comedy directed by Nicolas Vanier, where he shares the bill with Valérie Bonneton and Yannick Noah. A radical life transition for someone who has long embodied urban madness.
Michaël Youn recognized that his job allowed him the freedom of living far from big cities, an opportunity that he does not take lightly. He wanted to put things into perspective by thinking of all those who are “stuck to their job” and who do not necessarily have the possibility of moving away from their workplace.

In addition to his change of living environment, Michaël Youn surprised his fans with a change of look for the needs of a new film. The actor had published a video on Instagram in which he shaved his head, going from his usual mid-length hair to a very short cut, almost to the zero ball. “What wouldn’t we do for a role in the cinema…”he wrote in the caption.
