Here are the 7 Marvel series announced for the next 18 months

The agenda of superhero fans is going to be very full in the coming months… Especially on the series side! While at DC, the visibly excellent The Penguin will arrive this weekend on Max, Marvel Studios also has some nice surprises in store for its fans. Between animation and live action, Here’s what’s coming to Disney+ in the next 18 months.

Agatha All Along September 18, 2024

We start off with a bang with This spin-off series of WandaVisionthe amazing sitcom released in 2021 in which the Scarlet Witch lost her mind. Although the most interesting twist ofAgatha All Along has already been spoiled by Marvel, the plot looks perfect for this start of fall. Deprived of her powers and a prisoner of her own mindScarlet Witch’s adversary will embark on the legendary Witches’ Road, accompanied by her Coven. At the end of this adventure, which promises to be deliciously frightening, she will be able to have a wish granted… In 9 episodesthe last of which will air at the same time as Halloween, this mini-series forms a bewitching trilogy, the last opus of which will be devoted to Vision.

Daredevil: Born Again in March 2025

The project that Matt Murdock fans have been dreaming of will be arriving on Disney+ in a few months. More than six years after the end of season 3 of the Netflix series dedicated to the character, most of the cast will be back in this soft rebootincluding Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio. The superhero and his nemesis will team up to face a new antagonist, Muse.a psychopathic serial killer who turns his victims into bloody works of art. And unlike most current productions, which are very short, Daredevil Born Again will have almost twenty episodes (18). Perfect for those still cool spring evenings when you’d rather watch TV than go out!

Ironheart in 2025

Marvel has not yet included the series dedicated to Riri Williams in its release schedule. All we know is that this spin-off of Wakanda Forever will see the actress Dominique Thorne dons the costume of the Iron Man heiress. Produced by Ryan Coogler, the director of Black Panther, This project has already been filmed, but no decision has yet been taken by the studios regarding its broadcast on our screens. On the menu? Magic and technology versus The Hood, aka Parker Robbins, the villain played by Anthony Ramos.

What If…? Season 3 in 2025

On the animation side, fans of What If…? will get their money’s worth with this third and final season featuring alternate versions of their favorite superheroes. Captain America, Monica Rambeau, Red Guardian, the Winter Soldier, Shang-Chi, Ironheart, Agatha Harkness, Moon Knight are confirmed to be in the cast of these new episodes, which will give pride of place to the multiverse. Among the plots that will be developed, there will be a confrontation between Bucky Barnes and the Red Guardian, as well as a story where the Avengers will pilot armors to fight monsters resembling Hulk. It is likely that season 3 of What If…? be broadcast during the end-of-year holidaysas per usual.

X-Men ’97 Season 2 towards summer 2025

The excellent animated series dedicated to mutants will return in 2025 for new episodes, without its creator Beau DeMayo, who was fired when season 1 was released. The latter had already written scripts for the sequel, so fans will find his touch there, while the screenwriter of What If…?, Matthew Chauncey will take his place behind the controls. Latest news, the spin-off of Black Panther was still scheduled for 2024 on Disney+although it has not yet been assigned a slot. Ryan Coogler will explore several eras of the fictional African country’s history through a four-part animated series. The synopsis indicates that viewers will follow brave warriors charged with “travel the world to recover dangerous vibranium artifacts“. A discreet project that we can’t wait to discover!

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man in 2024 (?)

Possibly broadcast next November, This animated series will feature a new version of the character performed by actor Hudson Thames (seen in What If…?). This origin story will see the superhero cross paths with several colleagues like Daredevil, Doctor Strange and Iron Man, to name just the best known. On the villain side, Fans will be delighted to find Norman Osborn, Doc Ock, Scorpion, Chameleon, Rhinoand many other bad guys.
