How about some lovely lamb chops today?

The back-to-school week is coming up, and you’re already feeling more and more tired? That’s normal, you have to get back into the swing of things, meetings, travel and general organisation. To help you out on the recipe front, we’ve found a recipe for a dish that can be prepared in 5 minutes – yes, yes – and left to cook in the oven.

Too good to be true? There is that, but above all very good ingredients and an easy method – chops simply left to marinate for 1 hour with lemon, soy sauce, olive oil, chopped garlic and Espelette pepper.

Once this marinating time has elapsed, put it in the oven for 20 minutes and use this time to start cooking the bulgur. As a final touch, chop a few mint leaves for a touch of freshness.

Wednesday’s recipe: lamb chops with lemon and soy sauce

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

For 2 people

1 lemon bio
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
2 sprigs of thyme
4 lamb chops
150 g de boulghour
4 sprigs of fresh mint
