Junior Quentin 5th -Dominique – Gaël – Romane 2nd

This weekend, the Villeneuvois Judo Club traveled to Dax.
Saturday was the turn of the juniors with the Junior 64/40/47 individual sector championship.
Under the coaching of Gaël Dufau, Romane finished 2nd and earned 10 more points for his 2nd year. Quentin, for his part, ranks 5th and also scores 10 points for his 3rd dan. Quentin and Romane are both selected for the regional phase which will take place in Rochefort on March 8.
Following this competition, the meeting of black belts took place in the Landes, the kagami biraki. Romane was present to officially receive her 1st dan black belt diploma, Dominique and Quentin for their 2nd dan.
-Place for the minimums on Sunday. Following their selections in Dax, Anselme, Brice, Kévin, Olfa and Noély participated in the 64/40/47 sector Cup. Only Anselme was selected for the region which will take place on Sunday February 9 in Le Bouscat.
At the same time, the Young Official Cadet Cup took place. Romane, as sports commissioner, finished 1ʳᵉ. She is also selected for the regional phase on Sunday February 9 in Le Bouscat
