A young German dies in a hiking accident
A 19 -year -old German woman fell on Saturday during a hike in Linthal, in the canton of Glaris. A person who accompanied him was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

After leaving the hiking trail, the two young women fell 50 to 80 meters in damaged terrain, the Glandaise police said on Sunday. The injured was transported by helicopter to Coire hospital. An investigation was opened.
