Indre-et-Loire. The giant pot-au-feu returns to Tours in the presence of Romain Colucci

Each year since 1996, the City of Tours and Restos du Coeurin partnership with many local players, offer Tourangelles and Tourangeaux to taste one of the most emblematic and popular dishes of French cuisine. All, by doing a solidarity action : all the recipes will be donated to the restaurants of the heart.

A starred chef revisits the recipe

For this 2025 edition of the banquet, You will have the choice between the traditional pot-au-feu revisited by chief Kévin Guardien and the recipe for vegetarian pot-feu also revisited by him. Kévin Guardien is the head of the inn From the 12th century to Saché and new star From Center-Val de Loire in the Michelin guide 2 024.

The different pot-au-feu will be prepared and conditioned by agents of the central kitchen of the city of Tours. The friendly and festive atmosphere of the banquet will be accompanied by music, with the Maysi group.

In parallel with the banquet, It will be possible to buy cold menus and cold shares (traditional or vegetarian pot-feu) to take away in the Beaujardin markets (Place de Beaujardin), Coty (place du President Coty), des Fontaines (avenue Stendhal) and Les Halles, as well as in the Halle.

Two possibilities to reserve its share:

The sum collected in 2024 for the benefit of Restos du Coeur was € 31,478.

Prices: € 6 the traditional or vegetarian or suspended share; 10 € the menu (1 part of traditional or vegetarian pot-fire, 1 cheese, 1 dessert).
