Détours de chant will open its festivities with the show “Diterzi Symphonique”, Saturday January 25 at 8 p.m. and Sunday January 26 at 5 p.m. at l’Escale (Turnsheet). In this concert, Claire Diterzi “distills” pieces from her repertoire, arranged by Sylvain Griotto in an orchestral version!
Endowed with the wildest pulsations and texts full of finesse, it is the meeting between the rock spirit song and classical music to dance on velvet armchairs…
At his side, the Tournefeuille Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Claude Puysségur.
Bruno Ruiz, Oriane Lacaille, Nach, Carmen Maria Vega… Everyone will be present to ignite the different stages of Détours de chant. The festival will also give pride of place to emergence with Bercé, Rosalie Hartog and Nathan Mameri…
-Alongside them, we will find many artists from the region such as Claire Gimatt, Mymytchell and Azile and talents from other horizons like Leman, Iaross, Bertille, Vaslo, Clio, Anita, Les Fils du Facteur (Switzerland) and even Etienne Fletcher (Canada).
The “Coups de shoots” evening, Saturday 1is February from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. then from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Bijouwill allow you to unearth new gems (and perhaps the future stars of the French-speaking scene?). Sandra Dallet, Jansi, LMA, Bravo Benoit et Anne-Lise Roche will transport you to their respective universes!
We no longer present it! Magyd Cerfifounding member of the group Zebda and today singer, writer and actor, will close the festival Saturday February 8 at 8 p.m. at the Théâtre des Mazades. The opportunity to present his latest album “Lepropre des eratures”, released in 2024.
“This is my latest opus: The nature of erasures. Imperfection as an ideal was my primary inspiration, hence the exact title of this album.”
It offers a form of soundtrack to his latest work, “The Life of My Mother!” (Acte Sud editions), and continues to explore themes that are dear to her: immigration, the question of identity, feminism. He combines aesthetics and politics, in a sunny, swaying style, with reggae, samples…
Magyd says that this will be his last album then quickly adds: “But I’m not sure!”
