Appeal against the vote on the weight tax in Marsens

After having been the scene of a popular refusal of the budget in retaliation for a decision by the executive to stop snow removal on private roads, the municipal assembly of Marsens on December 17 is now the subject of an appeal addressed on December 30 at the Gruyère Prefecture. Co-signed by a group of citizens, this appeal concerns the assembly’s decision relating to the new waste regulations.
