Mother of two boys, Liham, 13, and Adam, 10, as well as a daughter, Noa, 2, Vitaa, who revealed herself in a documentary, is very keen on education. But the 41-year-old singer is nevertheless aware that her children will grow up in an increasingly complex society. “We live in a world that is not easy. I have the feeling that they won’t have the same childhood as us and because they are connected, they grow up much faster. This is what scares me the most,” she confides in “Current Woman”.

So, the Frenchwoman tries to do everything to disconnect her wires from the screens. “It’s very hard because they are teenagers, but I’m not giving up. I have techniques, I have weeks of punishment, I take everything away and when I discover that, when I take everything away for two days, they go around in circles, from the third day they play games that they’ve never done anything, they’re having fun, they’re going outside, they’re playing football, they’re doing board games.” This is where Vitaa realizes that they would be “10 times happier” without a screen in their daily lives. “Except that teenagers, they all have a phone. It’s very complicated! But I really think that we absolutely need to supervise them,” she says.

The artist therefore decided to ban Liham and Adam from most social networks: “I don’t want them to have TikTok, Instagram and Twitter. I let them Snapchat because that’s really their generation, they communicate, they have groups with their friends.”
