The Studio des arts vivants in Casablanca will host on January 23 the presentation of the play “Changer l’eau des fleurs”, the successful novel by Valérie Perrin adapted for the theater by Salomé Lelouch and Mickael Chirinian.

Indeed, “Changer l’eau des fleurs” which is Valérie Perrin’s bestseller, experienced dazzling success when it was released in 2018. Translated into 33 languages ​​and sold nearly a million copies in , it was natural that he came to find his place on the stage. The writer trusted Salomé Lelouch (daughter of Claude Lelouch) and Mikael Chirinian to take charge of the direction. Together, they preserved the magic of the story with its autumn scents and shimmering colors, while offering a refined, funny and moving version.

“Changer l’eau des fleurs” tells the adventures of Violette Toussaint, a cemetery guard in a small town in Burgundy. His daily life is punctuated by his work and the secrets of passing people and regulars. She changes the water in the flowers, cleans the graves and the paths…One day, because a man discovers that his mother wants to be buried next to a stranger, everything changes.
