Designed by architect Donald Wexler, Kirk and Anne Douglas’ villa was their second home for nearly 42 years, with their sons Michael, Joel, Pierre and Eric. Sold for $7.4 million, the 431 square meter residence built in 1921 is made up of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 guest houses, and is complete with a swimming pool and a spa. To access the house, you have to step on the 22 stone slabs scattered throughout the garden, each signed by a cinema legend: Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, Henry Fonda or Roger Moore left their autograph there during the evenings at the Douglas’s. .
