A symphony hotel with live orchestra, modular 1000-seat performance hall, library available. You’ve always hoped for this. Concorde Espace Culture and its four sister buildings give flesh to this dream in the Châtelaine district of Vernier. This complex, unique in its spirit and its ambitions in French-speaking Switzerland, will be inaugurated in September 2026. It was looking for a pilot, capable of spreading its wings, of setting a course for it. On Wednesday, in the huge Vernier Municipal Council room, it was not one captain, but two who presented themselves to the press: Eve-Anouk Jebejian and Frédéric Steinbrüchel. A tandem of forty-year-olds for this Concorde to take off.

Concorde Espace Culture will bring together a hotel, a performance hall, a restaurant, a library, rehearsal studios, so many communicating vessels in the minds of its designers.
