Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and raping an underage girl in 2000.
The 55-year-old rapper is awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York after being arrested on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. The latest complaint against him is that of a woman named only as Jane Doe, who filed a sexual assault complaint against the former founder of Bad Boy Records.
Her filing, obtained by Page Six and published Monday, says she was leaving her part-time babysitting job in lower Manhattan when she encountered the rapper and his friends outside the apartment building where one apparently lived. of his “well-known” ex-girlfriends.
After striking up a conversation, the stranger, then 16, allegedly told Diddy – who was in his 30s at the time – that she lived “around the corner” and that “everything would be fine.”
But she claims he insisted on walking her home after “coaxing her a lot”.
The young woman then became frightened when the rapper and his friends “did not drop her off at home as promised”.
She claims she was given a drink to “calm her down”, which made her feel dizzy, before they “went to a location where she was sexually assaulted by Sean Combs”.
Jane Doe added that the rapper’s employees then walked her home and left her in the lobby of her building after the alleged rape.
She is seeking unspecified damages.
Combs’ legal team strongly denied the accusation.
