The names of Beyoncé and Jay-Z are increasingly associated with sordid affairs.
For several months, the couple is involved in the P.Diddy affair. First, as we told you in this article, Jay-Z is directly accused of having raped a 13-year-old girl in the presence of P.Diddy, in 2000. Already before that, he and Beyoncé were singled out for being close and longtime friends of the rapper while the latter is accused of sexual assault by at least 120 people.

A viral video
Recently, another rumor resurfaced. This time, it also involves Blue Ivy, their eldest daughter. Well, that of Jay-Z anyway. Because this rumor actually claims that Beyoncé is not his mother.
On December 11, a TikTok user registered under the name Miaanayee posted a video. It begins with an excerpt from the Lion King premiere attended by Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Bleu Ivy on December 9. The singer and her daughter are both on stage, side by side. Then the TikToker appears saying about the teenager: “she has that woman’s nose, I wouldn’t say which woman.”
Since then, the video has gone viral and has no less than 5.3 million views.
Who is Cathy White?
If this video has gone viral, it’s probably because she participates in this crazy rumor according to which Beyoncé is not Blue Ivy’s real mother. But then who would be Blue’s real mother? In the comments to the video, a name comes up several times: Cathy White.
-Cathy White has long worked with Beyoncé and Jay-Z as an agent. The latter is died tragically of a ruptured aneurysm on September 1, 2011at only 27 years old. Some say she was pregnant at the timewhich her best friend formally denied. But here it is, for the followers of this conspiracy it is certain, Blue Ivy is the child of Cathy White which Beyoncé and Jay-Z have seized.
The crazy rumor about Beyoncé’s fake pregnancy
However, one element does not fit with the fact that this gesture would have been premeditated. Beyoncé had in fact announced her pregnancy a few weeks before the death of Cathy White, in August 2011, on the stage of the MTV Video Music Awards. But regardless, some still see it as confirmation that Beyoncé was in fact never pregnant.

Recently, the rumor was also revived due to the words of the song “Daughter”, in Beyoncé’s latest album, Cowboy Carter, released March 29, 2024. A song that some say is about betrayal and adultery, in which Beyoncé talks about assaulting another woman.
For the followers of this rumor, this song is echoing ‘Sorry’, from the album Lemonade released in 2016, in which Beyoncé speaks about her husband’s adultery with a certain “Becky with the good hair”. For some, it’s certain, Cathy White is the famous Becky.
The defense of the tikotkeuse
Faced with the success of her video, Miaanayee wanted to set the record straight.
“I never mentioned the name of this woman, you are the one who did,” she addresses her subscribers, refusing to say anything about the identity of Blue Ivy’s mother. “It doesn’t matter, it’s the parents she knows, it’s their daughter, period, you can’t take that away from this child,” she said to defend the teenager. She concludes by reminding that her video was not intended to inform. “My video is not a source, it is not information”she says.
