It is a miraculous catch whose product is displayed, right in the net, on the patio of the Forum Meyrin. Shiny medals, worn shoes with golden soles, earrings – sometimes all by themselves –, key rings, kitchen utensils, metal cutlery, plastic bracelets, fancy rings, lace, tassels, champagne corks, a little wooden cow, a Portuguese rooster, a lobster, shells, toys, and a thousand other treasures without forgetting chains, garlands of light, beads and even an ostrich egg! An egg in an inverted keystone, an egg in the center of the net as if to hold everything together, both the origin of the world and the lowest “summit” of this Inverted pyramid (2024), of this large cone suspended upside down, shimmering and luminous installed by the artist Ligia Dias under the postmodern glass roof of the Forum Meyrin.
