Prison close for Koba LaD. Already in pre-trial detention for another case, the rapper was condemned to 15 months in prison for violence with total incapacity for work (ITT) of more than 8 days against his former manager, relays The Parisian this Monday, January 13. The judges of the Melun judicial court chose to go beyond the requisitions made by the prosecution, which had requested a year in prison against the young man. The 24-year-old artist was, however, acquitted for the acts of theft and kidnapping. His three alleged accomplices were released.
Beatings, intimidation…
Koba LaD, real name Marcel Junior Loutarilawas accused, like three other defendants, of having carried out revenge against his first rap producer Deuspi. Accused of having stolen money, the man was beaten in April 2022 in an abandoned warehouse in Corbeil-Essonnes. Deuspi was then taken back to his home located in Vert-Saint-Denis, in Seine-et-Marne, where he was allegedly beaten again, notably with knives, by six or seven attackers, reports The Parisian. The individuals then left and looted the premises. Deuspi’s partner at the time filed a complaint but said she was the victim of intimidation after her decision. The woman allegedly found a cat with its throat slit in her parking space.
