A survey published by Mediapartin September 2023, revealed that two ex-partners of Stéphane Plaza accused him of physical humiliation, domestic and psychological violence. Placed under judicial supervision, the real estate agent and facilitator was to be tried last Wednesday August 28 by the 10th chamber of the Paris Criminal Court for domestic violence. He ultimately did not appear at the hearing, and his lawyer explained that his client was suffering “severe depressive manifestations : massive anxiety, dark thoughts, sleep disturbance. The hearing was therefore postponed to January 9, and Stéphane Plaza appeared this time at the Paris Criminal Court. He was tried for “habitual violence against spouse” but the verdict of his judgment will not be known until February 18 at 1:30 p.m.
