The RBTIFF marks the historic arrival of Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada in Rabat. Known for her colorful universe and her emblematic collaborations with Mercedes and Netflix, the Spanish designer confides: “Rabat enchanted me with its harmony between tradition and modernity. It is an infinite source of inspiration for fashion and creativity.
Alongside Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, several renowned designers will light up the stage. Louise Xin, Swedish pioneer of ethical fashion, stands out as the first designer to organize a fashion show in the European Parliament. His creations have been praised by prestigious magazines, such as Vogue, Vanity Fair et Forbes. As for Suzana Perić, a Serbian designer recognized for her elegant dresses popular with the first lady of Serbia, she embodies European luxury. Oksana Schlee-Keil, German designer, presents pieces that combine elegance and magic, while Nadia Chellaoui, Moroccan-French designer, seduces an international audience with her bags that have become iconic thanks to the series Emily in Paris.
Among the highlights of the show are exclusive collaborations. The Moroccan-Swedish collection by Taragalte Stockholm and Fatima El Hajjaji highlights an artistic dialogue between mother and daughter. Naksha Handcrafted, symbol of Tunisian craftsmanship, dresses the stars of red carpets with timeless elegance. Finally, MGL Joaillerie, a Moroccan brand, combines precious stones and traditional know-how to offer refined jewelry.
The RBTIFF also celebrates Moroccan personalities who shine internationally. Rachid El Yazami, scientific pioneer, and Nabyla Maan, emblematic voice of Moroccan music, are among the guests of honor. Mehdi Bennani, automobile champion, Hicham Lahlou, world-renowned designer, and Fatima El Hajjaji, artist exalting Moroccan heritage, also embody the influence of Morocco. Meriem Alami, key fashion figure, and Tarik Khbabez, kickboxing champion, complete this prestigious list.
As a reminder, the RBTIFF brings together an exceptional assembly.
