To start the year 2025, the Plumes en Ségala association is offering you the gift of the first Reading Night which will take place on Friday January 24 from 8:30 p.m. at the Montirat-Saint-Christophe multipurpose room. room of Sébiès. It is offered as part of the 9th Nights of Reading which will be held from January 23 to 26, 2025 over four evenings. They were created in 2017 by the Ministry of Culture to celebrate the pleasure of reading and since then, over the years, they have conquered an increasingly wider audience. This 9th edition organized by the National Book Center invites the public to come together around the theme of heritage. It’s a friendly moment for everyone, with family, among friends, the opportunity to share readings, alone or with others, in French, Occitan or another language! The beginning of the evening will be devoted to readings for children. Entertainment will be provided by the Aveyron Companies Le Théåtron de Bas Ségala, Chäräbiade de La Bastide L’Evêque (Shadow theater, puppets, music, show mixing the absurd with poetry), by the clowns of the Compagnie Vague in Bonds but also and above all by the public.
