Teranga is a Cherbourg association which supports the development of Somonea large village located on the coast of Senegal. To raise funds, each year, the association organizes an original exhibition-saleoffering works byCotentin artists in the form of an enveloped auction, from Friday January 10 to Friday January 17. The highest bidder wins the work.

This year again, local artists were generous since 70 creations were offered to the association. Paintings, collages, drawing, sculpture… there is something for all tastes and for all budgets.

The works will be available in the form of a catalog that can be viewed at the L’Autre Lieu bar during opening hours (9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) as well as on the Facebook page and the Teranga association website. You will be able to find all the necessary information on the works: photo, type, dimensions, base price of the work.

Two concerts

Like last year, the auctions will be launched and will close in music ! For the opening, this Friday January 10, it is the Couacs who will meet you at the Other Place. With their unique style, somewhere between musette and blues, these offbeat poets flirt with the boundaries of kitsch to create a stunning musical universe.
