Anouk Vairelles knows the associative environment well. A few years ago, she created the association En vert et contre tout, in Pays d’Armance, dedicated mainly to young people to keep them busy in rural areas. For four years, she has also been vice-president of the Othe Armance festival. After spending a year traveling around France as a volunteer at 17 festivals, the young woman finally decided to close the old association which had run out of steam over time to launch ISPASKOi last October in Troyes (Aube).
A very visual inauguration
“All these meetings at festivals, seeing the energy that emanates, gave me the motivation to put together a structure. Carry out projects together, meet troupes, artists, the idea of the association is to create cultural events. It’s a small structure, there are two of us with the treasurer but we want to develop several areas. I would like to be able to bring the street to life with shows like I saw last year. There are street art shows that I would like to share with people, it brings so much happiness and sparkle to life and we come away with stars in our eyes. I also want to offer dance, theater, clown and other courses in the future. And if a person has an idea with or without structure, we have the capacity to help them organize an event,” explains Anouk Vairelles.
To inaugurate ISPASKOi, meet this Saturday, January 4 at the Le Quai theater in Troyes. Anouk Vairelles wanted to invite local artists she knows to this evening. Marisol draws inspiration in her work from her Mexican origins and painters with their dreamlike and fantastical sphere. She will carry out a performance around clothing and characters who come out of a painting to bring them to life with four mannequins. “I have followed Marisol on many projects and she is someone who deserves to be even more present with her world and who is always up for doing projects with a lot of energy. Émilie Martins from Pinceaux d’Émilie will also be there to do makeup for the artists and volunteers. »
Another very visual animation is planned with Robot Led, a creature on stilts from the future, luminescent and impressive. “And to finish with music, I invited the group Un salmon dans ta face, thanks to the sharing messages it conveys. I wanted to have an evening that suited us, with conviviality,” adds the president. It will also be an opportunity to call on all those of good will to keep the association alive and subsequently find a place to develop its various projects.
