This third vocal journey will address the combined repertoire of Guillaume Lopez and Marco Grancelli. With music composed for the occasion and inspired by Occitan-Argentinian sounds, the workshop will address rhythms, timbres, polyphony and singing to respond.

Please note, this course is intended for experienced singers. Workshops led by Guillaume Lopez. The trainees will provide a restitution of these workshops as the first part of the Lopez/Grancelli duo’s residency exit concert on Saturday, May 3. Information and reservations are in progress. In 2024, for the second year, around fifteen singers responded.

That evening, the duo Guillaume Lopez and Marco Grancelli will perform their first public concert. A concert at the crossroads of their two respective styles, music from the Mediterranean and Argentinian world… A journey through the inexhaustible musical riches of South American, Mediterranean and Occitan. Guillaume Lopez is an imaginative singer who combines the Spain of his origins with the voices and music of the Mediterranean world. Marco grew up in an artistic environment in Buenos Aires. He studied guitar, singing, Brazilian percussion, Venezuelan cuatro and music theory.
