“The Beautiful Blue Danube”, “Radetzky March”: it will be possible to listen to these works by Johann Strauss, father and son, in Monthey on Wednesday 1is January 2025. A New Year’s concert, inspired by that of Vienna, will take place at the Kremlin Hall from 11 a.m.
And it will be “like on TV”, according to the organizers, will take place on 1is January 2025 in the Kremlin hall in Monthey. From 11 a.m., the traditional repertoire of the famous New Year’s concert in Vienna, Austria will delight Music lovers for around fifty minutes. “Of course, at midday, we will send our wishes and toast, like in Vienna, with champagne!” immediately reassures Ludovic Chappex, spokesperson for the Kremlin, whose musical programming he manages.
On the stage of the “dark room” Montheysanne, who will give the air of Music club Viennese, fans of polka, dance and handclaps will find the Montheysan trumpeter Yannick Barman and the drummer Cyril Regamey, originally from Lausanne.

Officials indicate that appropriate attire is required and that doors will open at 10:30 a.m.
