It was on the social network Instagram that M6 host and real estate agent Stéphane Plaza spoke on Thursday, December 26, reported TV Magazine. Targeted by an investigation since October 2023 for physical and moral violence against two of his former partners, the 54-year-old man addressed his supporters in a post published in story, now unavailable – it disappears after 24 hours. Absent from his trial on August 28 for reasons of “mental health”he will finally be judged on January 9.
“My silence can resonate and challenge, but it is necessary to allow justice, in which I have total confidence, to do its work on January 9”justified Stéphane Plaza in his post. He is specifically accused of having exercised physical and psychological violence on two of his former partners between August 2018 and September 2022, causing each of them to be totally incapacitated for ten days.

He allegedly became aggressive and violent towards them after they discovered that he was having simultaneous relationships. In the process, the M6 group announced that it was carrying out an internal investigation into it. Two months later, the host spoke on Instagram for the first time and wrote that he had “with a clear conscience”before adding “I continue and will continue to defend the cause of women.” Anyone who denies the facts from the start risks ten years in prison and a fine of 150,000 euros.
