Kate Cassidy, who was Liam Payne's girlfriend, has revealed a new tattoo in his honor.
The former One Direction singer died after falling from the third floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in October. He was 31 years old. Kate Cassidy, who was with him in Buenos Aires, had returned to the United States a few days before the tragedy.
On her Instagram Stories on Sunday (22Dec24), Kate Cassidy posted a snap showing her hugging the couple's dog, Nala.
She also gave fans a glimpse of her left index and middle fingers, which were tattooed with angel wing designs. Kate Cassidy had no further comments on the body art.
After Liam Payne's death, she wrote: “Liam, my angel. You are everything to me. I want you to know that I loved you unconditionally and completely. I will continue to love you for the rest of my life. I love you, Liam.
Although the influencer has stepped away from the spotlight since the tragic death of Liam Payne, she uploaded an emotional montage dedicated to the For You singer earlier this month. The music video, set to the song Fade into You (1993) by Mazzy Star, includes footage of the couple going bowling, eating pizza in a kitchen, watching a football game in a stadium, and sledding down a snowy hill. Kate Cassidy simply captioned the post: “I love you.”
The couple began dating in October 2022. In November, the 25-year-old attended Liam Payne's funeral at a church in Amersham, England. His friend Damian Hurley, son of actress Liz Hurley, was by his side.
