“We are happy that the demonstration is back”
From 7 p.m., the large audience (several thousand people) arrived at Place de la Victoire before being plunged into darkness, half an hour later, to attend a magnificent show whose theme brought together drawing classics animated: Aladdin, Rebelle, Anastasia, Ratatouille, The Lion King, Shrek, The Little Mermaid… One after the other, they lit up the Yssingles sky for a majestic enchantment.
Johanna and Martin, who came from a neighboring town with their two toddlers, aged 2 and 4, were more than delighted: “We are happy that the event is back. It’s magnificent, both for us, parents, and for our children. It gives a nice taste of the holidays,” comments the dad.

While Michel, accompanied by his son Théo, aged 6, took the time to take a photo, sitting with the luminous Santa Claus, just before admiring the conflagration. “It’s nice that the town hall has reorganized this evening, which is really very beautiful. My son is a fan of Walt Disney cartoons. His eyes shone with a thousand colors as he looked at the sky,” says the father of the family after the Catching Fire of the Grenette.
Among the many people who filled the squares, the stairs and the Timepiece, we met a group of young Monistrolians. “We came with friends. It's super good and beautiful. Thank you town hall! », says one of them.
